City offices opening on two-hour delay Feb. 12

City of Rehoboth Beach offices are opening on a two-hour delay, at 10:30 am, Wednesday, February 12. No trash or yard waste pick-ups are scheduled for Wednesday. City crews are working to plow and salt roadways.
