Dining Al Fresco
It’s no secret that folks love to dine al fresco. Many Rehoboth Beach restaurants offer outdoor dining on their property; others, who meet certain criteria, including maintaining a sufficient pedestrian access route, are able to obtain a license from the city to offer outdoor dining on public space.
Apply for an Outdoor Dining Permit
To provide outdoor dining on public spaces, a restaurant must apply for an annual license from the City of Rehoboth Beach. Required standards and other important information are provided in the design manual and outdoor dining on public space section of the city’s code, both of which may be accessed below.
