All convention center rentals include an opportunity to promote your event on the city’s electronic marquee located in the median on Rehoboth Avenue outside of the convention center/City Hall. Instructions for creating the display are included in the Convention Center Application.
Important Information
- Room rates are per day and include days required for set-up and load out.
- A new day begins at midnight.
- To secure a booking, 50% of the rental fee plus a $200 security deposit is required at the time the lease agreement is signed. The balance is due at least 10 days before an event.
- Liability insurance is required.
- All local and safety codes are strictly enforced.
